Plan early

Business internet installation at a new address can take several weeks. Contact us once your lease is signed so service is ready on move-in day.

Scope of work

Ordering or transferring service, scheduling installation and meeting the provider’s technician on site.

Network infrastructure

Firewall, switches and WiFi designed for the new space. Existing equipment is reused where it remains supported and suitable.

WiFi planning

Access point placement based on the floor plan and a site walkthrough, for full coverage.

Cabling

Drop locations planned by us and installed by a licensed cabling contractor. We can also work with your existing contractor.

Frequently asked questions

How early should we contact you?

As soon as the move is confirmed. Internet installation is usually the longest lead item.

We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?

Yes. We handle the network portion of the move and provide complete documentation to your IT provider.

Do you install the cabling?

Cabling is installed by a licensed cabling contractor. We plan the drop locations and manage the contractor as part of the project.

Will there be downtime?

Equipment is configured and tested in advance, and cutovers are typically scheduled for evenings or weekends to avoid disruption during business hours.

Can we reuse our current equipment?

Equipment that is still supported and suitable for the new space is reused. Replacement is recommended only where needed.

Do you work on projects other than relocations?

Yes. We also design networks for new construction, build-outs and existing offices, working from the floor plan with your contractor.
