These terms apply to your use of secure-it-services.com (the “site”), run by Secure IT Services LLC (“we”, “us”), a New Jersey limited liability company based in Clifton. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is general information
Everything on this site, including blog posts, describes our services and shares general information about business networks. It is not advice for your specific network. Every site is different, so do not make changes to your own network based only on something you read here.
Quotes and project work
- Descriptions of services, timelines and examples on this site are not offers or guarantees.
- Sending a quote request does not create a contract, and we may decline any project.
- Any project we take on is governed only by a written proposal or service agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
- Prices, equipment availability and lead times can change until they are confirmed in writing.
- We do not promise any particular response time to messages sent through the site.
Other companies’ products and names
We may mention equipment and services from other companies, such as equipment manufacturers, distributors, internet providers and phone service providers. Those names are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse us, certify us or are affiliated with us, unless we say so specifically. Equipment warranties come from the manufacturer, under the manufacturer’s terms.
Using the site

- scan, probe or run security tests against the site without our written permission (security issues should be reported to us by email);

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Secure IT Services LLC unless noted otherwise. You may link to and share pages from the site. Our content and logo may not be reused without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we do not control, such as Microsoft Bookings, Google and manufacturers’ sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty for the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, Secure IT Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from using or relying on this site. This section covers use of the website only. Liability for project work is set out in the signed agreement for that project.
New Jersey law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree those courts can hear it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
